My wife emailed me this article which could be a significant game changer in harnessing energy. I say "could be" because we never know the down side of many studies. Many schools get funding on non-peer reviewed work so I hope this isn't just another P-hack. The significance is that it converts the suns energy directly into high density fuel as opposed to photo voltaic cells that convert the suns energy into electric power that has to be stored or immediately utilized. ![]() No, but sometimes these things take time to fully materialize. I remember reading about PV module breakthroughs that we didn't see for 5 or more years. Let's hope this one will do that.
