I have nixed the Papercrete idea in favor of silicone, After realizing the bathtub was out of level only about a 1/8th of a inch , I opted for another solution -use Silicone to bond the Tub in place...

I put the last can on , it will expand for the 24hrs before I trim it again then I seal it and put it in place. Once its plumbed in I will stuff the area around the tub with some left over...

Almost done
1 more can and it will be complete making for a total 9 of the 900 gr. cans of Great stuff to do the tub. I used some Styrofoam foamed in along the front apron to take up some space and help stretch...

Its Popular with Hot Tubs so why not a Soaker Tub.
It will be a Eco Tub and require Less hot water top ups to maintain the temp.
It will also keep the room warmer when the tubs not being used
