![]() Can't really think of a better thing to do with poop... According to a quick google search, 1.5 megawatts will only power about 1,500 homes though.

![]() TVA runs a combined coal/methane plant here in Memphis. Since it is right next to one of the sewage plants, they collect methane and burn it along with the coal. Methane makes up about 8 megawatts, just a drop in the bucket for a 750 megawatt plant.
