Default Planning to install a bathroom in basement

Hey everyone!!

I am trying to layout a basement bathroom tying into the DWV lines (drain, waste and vent) from a main floor powder room directly above (Location: Etobicoke, Canada). I will surely consult both plumbing services and inspector before breaking ground, but I am using this time off for planning.
Suppose I open the clean-out on the soil stack and look down with a camera snake. I will probably have to use a pump system as the sewer line runs away from the new basement bathroom area under a finished floor. There is not enough headroom to raise the level. I need suggestions to implement what I've planned. Thank you in advance.
