I don't know if this is any help, but I stumbled across what looks like electronic diagrams that may help in building a DIY solar tracker.

I've found a suitable tracker for my project. It comes with limit switches,
which my actuator motor doesn't have.

Solar Tracker Circuit Kit

I've ordered one, and will do a review of it, after I assemble the 'kit' and get it installed.

Here's where I posted about my application..

You could copy the MOSFET 'H' drives from the Redrock LED3X design..

LED3X Solar Tracker Assembly

The 7414 inverter inputs 1 & 3 is where you could apply your TTL control signals.

You need to make two of these for your X & Y tracker.
