heating quail barn

I have a 10x30 barn that I am going to raise quail in. I have 120v electric to it. what will be the most efficient way to heat the place I have to keep it at least 50 for the quail to lay eggs.
A friend of mine suggested a 110 water heater with pump to radiator with fan.
I have it well insulated walls and attic.
I have thought of propane just with the shortage kind of scared.
any help would be great Thanks

First, you are in Green Bay, WISCONSIN? That is essential to know as the cold issue is important to figure out.

What time of year will you have the quail in there?

Can you use an infrared heater to provide local warmth for the setting birds - or does the entire area need to be 50F?

If you heat the entire building, you will need to start by calculating the heat loss at 50 degrees inside and worst case temperature outside. That's about -20 degrees F in Green Bay. We need to know how well insulated to make useful suggestions.

The attic has 16 inches blown in and the walls are blown in also. The construction is old. tar paper on outside under siding and tar paper under boards on inside. Rubber floor. I have to keep the entire space 50. Saturday I was working on the building and had it up to 50 shut the heat off and the building cooled about 8 degrees in an hour at abokut 10 outside wind blowing.
It was a high of 3 above today when I got home from work it was 20 inside.
hope this answers your questions if I need to collect other data let me know. I have the building sealed up nice. I used to raise chickens in there but they need no heat to lay in winter. Thanks for the reply

What did you use to heat to 50?

The wall system you describe leaks enough air that it's really hard to estimate the heat loss. So we need to know how much heat you put in to hold it at 50 degrees.
