The 12hrdn1 seems like one of those unbranded plqtform builds just like my hrnf1, it is also in the Midea catalogues. The compressor is designed by Toshiba and some even branded as Toshiba but the actual manufacturer is a Chinese company just like everything else pretty much. I assume it has a single rotary compressor. Once the indoor unit will vibrate like hell and be noisy, just take it apart and pack grease in the blower end sleeve rubber support. If it looks like mine... I think my cheapo IR was not showing more than 36 C but it seems to have a hard time with some surfaces.
Cheers F
