Hi from Oregon
Figured after lurking for rather long time that I should join and perhaps contribute back into this great community.
Recently purchased a townhouse and excited by the possibilities for it. It is promising to be easier than making improvements to the sailboat—I won't always have to worry about what is on the other side when drilling holes Have had some experience with forced hot air and dhw solar systems, but fear the HOA might not be as receptive as I'd like. |

Welcome to the site!
If I were you I'd probably get very familiar with the HOA rules so you can figure out what you can and can't do. If you check out our 60+ energy saving tips I'm sure there is a bunch you can still do.
