Has anyone tried these solar chargers?

They do look like they are pretty cool. This one specifically has an onboard lithium battery that charges up so you can set it out all day and plug your phone/ipod/whatever into it at night to charge. Of course it doesn't offset a lot of power usage, but having those chargers plugged in all day does suck power. I unplug mine, but I think something like this would be pretty cool to have. It has a selectable output voltage, so it could charge many different things. The price is a bit steep, but I've seen cheaper ones too.

I have one that is similar, but significantly smaller. I used to use it to charge my cell phone, but it doesn't work with my current one... It had enough juice to fully charge my Motorola Razor twice, but it would continue to discharge after you started it charging... and I could never figure out how to make it stop.

seems like a good choice for car charging, as half the time I need to charge my phone I have my car but am not driving, leave something like that in the window to soak up the sun then you don't have to turn your car to accessory to turn the lighter on to use the car charger, half the time I do this I forget about it and run my battery dead anyway.

Does anyone have a good reliable one for AA and AAA batteries? I got a cheap one on Amazon that isn't good, but I'm ready to spring for the real thing.
