Default Hello from CT

Hi everyone, been a member of EcoRenovator for a while. I am a mechanical engineer by profession and work in the co-generation/chp fiield. I have a lot of improvements that I think my house could use. I'm looking for ideas that I can use that have a good payback and can be fairly simple to implement. I'm still thining about an electric riding lawnmower, which is what caught my eye first.

The electric riding mowers generally have a horrible payback period, but are really cool to own.

You probably know this already, but the best ROI comes from conservation. We have a pretty good list of them here:
