I would think that the radiant barrier would have to go above the fiberglass, no? Basically, from the top down would be the subfloor, then a small air gap, radiant barrier, then insulation - otherwise, radiation from the subfloor would only be absorbed by the floor joists and insulation, so a radiant barrier underneath the fibgerlass wouldn't do much, right?

You are correct in how you would set it up. And if you could use Roxul instead of fibreglas, it would be even more "eco"
