Solar hot water controller IOT
If anyone is thinking of building their own solar hot water controller then check out my project here:
Everything ESP8266 - Entrant 61 : Solar Water Controller It uses the incredibly cheap ESP8266 and is connected to the internet for monitoring. If you like it you could even vote for me :-) Acuario |

I'm just getting to know ESPs, they seem the answer to lots of IoT projects, which I was going to base on arduinos. There's also the ESP"é for more demanding memory needs, or combining ESP and Uno/Yun shield, which for me is a solution ( in shield form ) cheap and easy, as I only know Linux, and it's my PC basic for 17 years. It slides onto Yun, like a glove. ESP NodeMCU uses Lua or Linux type programming too.
Wonderful developments for the IoT based home controler? |
