There are better routes to go that will pay for themselves over time and not catch on fire. Tesla has had a number of their commercial systems catch on fire at Walmart even when disabled and there have been a number of installs on houses that have also caught fire. Stick with the reliable systems out there.

They are aesthetically pleasing but slightly less efficient than solar panels.

My friend has tried the Tesla Roof with a small shed in his backyard. He said it wasnt as effective as normal solar panels. It does look cool but it needs improvement.
