Default Indoor Unnit Install in Crawl Space

So I have completed my 'indoor unit' install under my house. My intention is to use the gaint heat exchanger to collect heat from multiple sources and store it in the interior foundation that runs under my house. It has been running in the day for 1 week. The first night I let it run all night circulating water from the foundation that was heated all day. While going to bed I could feel the heat that was warmer than the night air, but by morning there was no more warmth to be felt. It is potable water being circulated from the foundation into the floor of the second floor, with a pass through a navien tankless when heat is necessary.
My house has not been above 75F since I started recirculating the water. The foundation wall quickly became warmer than the un'heated' sides. Just how warm I can get my basement before winter is here remains a mystery.
