Default Road Trip!! To the mall :)

My wife and I went to the Burlington Mall today to see if there was anything new going on..
Our big adventure for the week..

I noticed that Sears is having a big sale on winter jackets..
70% off?? Maybe they think the winter is over??
Got this one,($53) in 'Steel' color, since my wife didn't like the snow camo look.
Sears: Online department store featuring appliances, tools, fitness equipment and more

I'm not really much of a "Radical Snowboard Parka" kinda guy,
but the zipper on my old jacket(1998) is sticking,
and this might be good insurance against much more cold weather..

Anyways, I like the quality of the jacket and it seems like the idea weight for this area.
It' got enough pockets and inside, it has a neat snap-on built-in belt that seals the bottom part of the jacket around you, just below your belt line.
Keeps out the cold wind very nicely. Not like those draw-string things that keep catching door knobs etc..
It also comes with a very nice hood and a free cap..

And then, we saw the coolest little RC helicopter-like thing I've ever seen!

They fly with WiFi! You link in with your Tablet. (I-Pad works great).
The one we saw, had two on-board cameras that sent back video to the tablet!

The price was under $300... I was impressed..

It's amazing! I think the one I saw was the new version 2.0
since the video display on the Ipad looked like HD (720p).

I can see these things being somewhat useful indoors, but outdoor wind looks
like a real problem.. Maybe the 2.0 does better outside..?.
I will be getting one of these things when the price drops a little..
