Website on alternative energy in the city

I wrote a website on alternative energy and rethinking housing in an urban setting. The idea is to take some of the vacant shells and experiment with alternative energy ideas, things like solar power - LED lighting system, no hot water heater, no fridge, rain barrels, etc. Maybe try to figure out which utilities are needed, which are not, and how to use less water, electric and heat but still be comfortable.
