They sell chillers that cycle the aquarium water so its no new concept.
My design and the efficiency of it is new.

The pump is neither elaborate or expensive at just $24

the aquariums temperature control is neither elaborate or expensive it cost $16

The water cooler cost me $20 used.

the copper tubing is $20

kWh panel meter costs $14

I am making a ultra efficient chiller from a common inefficient water cooler that was designed to be left on 24-7 to function properly.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~
It will be ultra efficient and chill the cement mass in minutes instead of the water chill buckets hours and hours.
The cold transfer grout mass once dry will be completely encased and sealed in Great Stuff spray foam
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The reasons

1) The copper tubing contacts just 25% of the stainless bucket the rest of it is facing outwards.

Mod: The copper coil is contacted with 100% of the grout.

Thermal conductivity numbers

Waters - 0.58
Common concrete - 1.75
Thermal grout - 1.77 up to 3.0

Common concrete is 3x more effective at transferring the cold and the grout is up to 5x more effective as the water.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Since my system is not recirculating I need to chill the flowing water fast.
The cycling aquarium water with its low 0.58 thermal number will be in direct contact with the high cold transferring copper tubing embedded in the grout.
The water will be in direct contact with the super conducting copper , which will chill the flowing water as fast as possible.
It will have a built in kWh meter as well as a thermostat to turn the unit on and off , it has a built in temperature control.
I can adjust its built in temperature control so it will cycle on and off once the concrete / grout is up to temperature.
Being its encased in spray foam it will hold its cold exceptionally well.
Default store bought aquarium chiller
My chiller when finished will look a lot like this store bought unit , although my transfer tubes will be on the side of the unit not the top.
The chiller will cost me $100 to build instead of the $400 to $1000 it costs to buy one.
