Default Worried city hall

Yeah, if it it's a dangerous installation (like using unprotected tin for panel mounts),
or Car anti-freeze in a single wall HX.. Could be things they want to prevent.

A beef I have, is the rich jerks over in Lexington who place steel pipes
(or steel Re-barb) every 2 or 3 feet, along the edge of their lawn.

They fear the snow plow is going to hit their lawn during the winter.
In the meantime, bicyclist are riding by on the edge of the road,
with these 2 foot steel impalement spikes about 30 inches from their wheels.

It's no fun riding by those spikes, when (unlicensed?) drivers in large pickups,
pulling large trailers filled with lawnmowers etc, seem to be trying to run us right off the road..

I'm pretty sure that some countries don't have any regulations to protect bicyclist..
