My father was a lifer and we had 2 assignments to Hill when I was growing up.

Only been to Alabama once and I was stuck in a training seminar the whole time. Beautiful area, lots of red mud. Must be that Tide I keep hearing about.

Sue's 2.35kW array:
February 2017: 138kWh
February 2016: 111kWh
February 2015: 33kWh
February 2014: 157kWh
February 2013: 133kWh
February 2012: 183kWh
February 2011: 133kWh

Thought I'd add Sue's grid tied system to the mix. This is Feb. Canada. The low output is directly related to snow on the panels. 2015 is not a typo.

They finally did my Zero out bill. our net metering we are zeroed out once a year.
I am getting a check back for $58.78 from the power company.
I was able to zero out for March this is great as the zero out date is March 1. So March has to stand on its own.

Very nice. Out of curiosity what is your usage for March? Ours was 512 kwh which includes power to the shop.

I gave up the idea of solar panels here when we decided we are moving...

@Elcam84
In March we used 1,814 KWh. keep in mind we charge our car two to three times a day. (During the school year) we heat our house with it also.

We power our car over 20K EV miles in 2016.
The last 2 years we received a check from the power company at the zero out date March 1. This year’s check was for $58.78 we even heated our 550 gallon fish tank in our aquaponics greenhouse with solar power.
Here is our power bill for the last couple years. (You cannot off set the meter fee).
We are thankful for this every day.
