Default To shutter or not to Shutter

Not eco related, but this is the only home improvement forum I am a member of so I need your opinions.

After painting my house should I add the Vinyl shutters back on or leave them off? Thinking they will be painted the same dark blue as the bricks.

I will also be adding lattice to the front/side of the porch. Will the shutters just be to much?

I would add the shutters back. I think they look good. I even put them on the back of my house because I have to look at the back also.

I would go with the shutter installation. That protects the home in much better way.
