Default RV air conditioning water misting

My RV air conditioning unit will not operate for very long if the temperature is over 100 deg. F.
Last year, I installed a water mister between the fan and the condenser coils. That allowed the unit to cycle on for 20 minutes and off for 10 minutes at 100+ degrees.

I've used misters in the same fashion with 5000 BTU window hangers. That lowered my electric bill and kept the grass watered a little too well.

This year, I want to add a electric valve to turn the water on and off when the unit cycles. A 120 VAC valve would be the best IMHO, but I'd settle for 12 or 24 Volts AC or DC.

Suggestions are appreciated. Part numbers would help too.
