Default Embodied Carbon and Energy

Just came across this amazing paper that lists Embodied Energy (the amount of energy required to manufacture something) for various materials.


The paper is from the UK, where resource and energy limitations and the global warming effects of excess CO2 are topics that are discussed openly.
