Default Twisted wires?

I was looking at some small wind turbines
GreenergyStar 200W 12V Wind Turbine Generator System

Do these things use a some slip-ring contacts for 360deg turning,
or do the wires get all twisted??

The black part rotates on the lower white part, in there some where is the set of slip rings, the lower white part then gets clamped on to your pipe stub on your tower.

some very large wind turbines instead of having slip rings can rotate up to 3 times, twisting the wires inside the tower, then at a calm point they unwind the twist.
