Default A neat graphic on water waste

Much to big to stick on here in the forum, but definitely worth checking out.

Very interesting. I never thought of my day in gallons of water used.

LOL...what's with the Bath vs No Bath one? Should I just be walking around dirty? I know they mean at night...but why wouldn't you just take a shower at night?

They show taking a shower in the morning. No need for a bath at night is the point I would think.

They didn't even cover the largest direct user of water in most homes in the West - lawn.

Changing our shower heads to low flow is saving 100s of gallons per month. I think ours only use 1.7 gpm versus the 2.3 they show.

I used Google to come up with this...

GOOD.is | Infographic: Like Baths? Behold The \"Water Displacement Object\"

Not sure if it is exactly what the OP had but seems to be related.

Great, Thanks! Some like Soda as opposed to Water already made sense, It's not healthy to drink Soda too often. And one may also combine some things, Such as using the water from hard-boiling eggs to make tea or just drinking the water.

And as for the types of shower heads; Why not also get wet, Turn the water off, Lather up and rinse off? Not only does it take less water, It takes less time to wash this way! Though I'm sure some folks here already do that, Perhaps some others didn't think of it.

a lot of low flow shower heads have the shut off feature built in. It keeps your water temp and just barely trickles water to keep your body wet while you lather up.
