So not sure if you guys have seen caleffi on youtube or not but they have started an amazing series on hydronics. This is the first episode.

Another excellent source of information is heatinghelp.com, if you are respectful and not asking questions because you were too lazy to look up the answers, there is a huge body of information, many professionals quite ready to answer your questions.
I used the site extensively to design and build my system and even got one of the gurus there to source my boiler at the wholesale price.
