That stock routing job actually went pretty well.. Considering how it looked..

So, Lead Acid (LA) car battery posts are tapered! Not a concern for me now,
since I picked up eight ready-made units at Autozone, when I was picking up
216 pounds of Marine/RV batteries for my 48v solar back-up rig..

But, after seeing the cost of copper terminals, (for the wing-nutted terminals),
I decided to roll my on. Found 5' of 1/4"ID copper tube for $4 and used
my Chinese vice, drill-mill & 4x6 saw to make ten terminals that would
have cost me about $1.50 each.. And I still have over 3 feet of copper
to make more when needed.
