Default DIY Windspeed Data logger

Hello guys,
This is my first post & I'm Happy to be one of this community.
I've built a Vertical axis Wind turbine for domestic use it provides sufficient o/p at the moment in a weak wind regime for lighting up half a dozen 6 watt LED lamps around the house during the night. To quantify the results, I want to log 24 x 7 (and print) , the windspeeds for which its o/p is > 15 Volts D.C ( for charging a 12V battery). The requirement is a datalogger which
1) averages windspeed over a given period, say, 2 minutes,
2) averages the corresponding D.C voltage from the PMG
and store the 2 values in internal memory.
3) Serial or USB output for taking a printout everyday .

As I'm a DIY person, I would appreciate any suggestions.

Regards,
Mani
