I would think that the radiant barrier would have to go above the fiberglass, no? Basically, from the top down would be the subfloor, then a small air gap, radiant barrier, then insulation - otherwise, radiation from the subfloor would only be absorbed by the floor joists and insulation, so a radiant barrier underneath the fibgerlass wouldn't do much, right?
