Spotted in my neighbourhood: pop can passive solar panel, but ... bad setup (pics)
Spotted in my neighbourhood this weekend.
I'm going to have to ask the guy how well it works, since it's obviously not set up properly...

My guess is it isn't passive, so I don't think its necessarily not setup correctly. He is probably using fans to push air through it. This can actually increase efficiency since less heat is lost to the environment.
