Kockie from Holland
Hello,
I'm Kockie, I live in the Netherland and I am the founder of Ecologieforum.eu It's a Dutch forum about woodstoves, insulation, gardening and other topics related to ecology. I'm a lurker for a long time, but maybe I'm gonna try posting more in the future! Greetings from Holland Last edited by Piwoslaw; 02-08-13 at 11:30 PM.. Reason: Inserted URL |

Hello kockie, welcome to ER
At first glance your forum looks like a Dutch version of EcoRenovator. It's good to see things like this at a more local level. Does it also have a lot of DIY info?

The forum does contain a lot of DIY info. Specially about woodstoves. High-efficiency mass-batch rocket-stoves. Isolation of old (and new) buildings is also discussed. I didn't know about ecorenovator when i started the ecology forum. But local is better than global.

The temperature at some places is at boilingpoint, outside it's near to freezing. This afternoon it was about 1.5 degrees centigrade (about 35 Fahrenheit). My stove (bergkachel), a big mass heater (3.5 metric tons) is burning and my Wood gasifying boiler Burnit is burning in the barn to heat the rest of the house. When i have enough posts to post images I will show them to you.
