9 by 10 walk-in storage. cooling by hacked window air conditioner unit, air change by small air-exchanger as needed with moisture and temp sensors.

since the early fall in this neck of the woods is too warm to store garden produce, we have decided to put all garden vegetables and orchard produce in a cold storage. The controls will shut down air conditioner and cool by using the air exchanger if outdoor temps allow. I suppose this warm fall weather is a byproduct of global warming.
