We use as little as 28kwh/day in the summer with air conditioning set at 24 Deg. C and operate and air-condition a shop with a compliment of CNC machine tools. In the winter months as high as 105kwh/day with 3 heat-pumps running. (All space conditioning is via Geo-Thermal)

Total anual usage as average 30,000 kwh/year. Plus its tending to fall as the last couple years 29,000kwh 28,000kwh.

Attention to details installing LED lighting in places that lighting gets used little, like a closet.

Solar hot water heating I find is very beneficial. I'm dragging my feet a bit on the 10Kw solar PV system install but this will make a huge dent in the amount of electrical energy purchased. I'm also fortunate that its taken me this long, as when I do complete the install I'll be including the Tesla Power wall 2 units.
