Default LM723 60 amp voltage regulator

I'm trying to design a 60 amp voltage regulator using LM723. I'm going to use the circuit below that is rated for 10amps but I am going to modify it so that it can handle 60amp. Apart from adding more 2n3055 transistors what else do i need to add or change so that it can handle 60amp? Or can i just add the external transistors along with the heat resistors and that's it?

See the attached thumbnail for the circuit diagram.
