Default windblue 512 stator in a windblue 540 pma

I have a windblue 540 that is very low on amps so i was wondering if i replace the 540 stator with the 512 stator if i would get a big improvement on the amount of amps it produces? Here is the link for the 512 stator:

Permanent Magnet Alternator Wind Blue Motor Wind

I am planning to design a gearing system for it using bicycle parts like chain/sprockets etc. Any idea as to what size/ratio I should use. Because the cutting speed is over 650 rpm much higher than the 540 that i have now using.
I have a 5 blade design, windynation 28" hyperspin blades. Should i change these or use 3 instead of the 5?

I am anxiously waiting on your comments/ideas.

I looked at the alternator that you gave a link to and noticed that it works best with a seven foot rotor. Having said that though, I know very little about appropriate rotors, so I don't know if your rotor is enough or not.

I've been trying to learn a little about wind power. I can't install a turbine here,
but it's interesting to see how well the smaller systems work.

I've subscribed to "Fearlessthinker" on youtube, and found his videos to be very educational.

YouTube - Windmax vs. car PMA Wind Turbines

It sure seems like just about all these car alternator systems under-perform..
