Thumbs up Greetings. Current renter from Mobile, now ATL...

Just moved into a rentalhouse in ATL. Been lurking since Mobile,AL. Spending a ton of time at EM made me want to join this place. Looking for the best ways to conserve including reminding my GF to turn the lights out when she leaves a room. I've got a ton of water bottles in the freezer to ballast the cold, reusable water bottle... that I actually use! Earlier this week I found a box fan on the side of the road that must have been in a doghouse. Cleaned it up using rainwater on the outer grille (yup, just left it in the rain) and now I sit in comfort in 79°. Next to add a bottle to the toilet to lessen water. Looking forward to winter cause its easier to make heat than cool.
