Default Solar Panel gets cabin fever?

It looks like the blizzard still has another 10 or 12 hours to go,
but one of the 200W panels is ready for some sunshine..?.



I'll have to run some diagnostics on it, when the winter is over (April or May).

Hurt my back just before xmas.. Going to completely destroy it this week..
