Winter heating cost 2011-2012

We've been taking a nice walk just about every afternoon. On the way back home today,
I was getting warmed up and had unzipped my jacket and removed my gloves..
But, I was still amazed to see people out walking dogs and jogging, while wearing shorts!!

Since Nov 1, 2011, until today, the average temp here has been 37.9 °F..
During that same 97 day time span last year (2010-2011) it was 30.7 °F!

7 °F warmer makes a difference in the heating bills...

I was in Sears today and they have a ton of 28" snowblowers on the floor..
Just like mine! (still un-used) I should have waited for the big sale!!!
