Default High efficiency window/thru-wall A/C unit

120VAC. Do they exist ? Heat pump would be nice, but not required.

Not really. Just get a mini split. A good mini split is 2 to 3 times more efficient than a window unit, not counting the window air leak the window unit causes.

I agree with oil pan 4, when I asked a similar question, everybody advised me a mini-split and I'm still pleased that I followed that advice
