Surplus Alchohol Solution

Either 70% Isopropanol or 70% Ethyl Alcohol. Can someone think of a way to actually use this stuff? Is there a heater that it can be used in to heat a garage or something? Maybe mix it with something else then burn it? It flashes around 70 degrees F.
