Evaporating cooling
Hi, i made a simple evaporating cooler and it worked well, air coming out of it was between 3-5 degress colder then the air coming in. Sadly i am in quite moist environment, right now in my apartment it is 29C 66%, outside it is 33C 41%. 1 idea was to simply pull air from outside over the evaporative cooler and cool room during the day this way. But moisture will soon be a problem. But how about a 2 phase cooling ?
Basicly pull hot dry air from the outside and run it through the evaporative chamber. Now we have cold and moist air. Run it into the next chamber through some copper tubes and then out the window. And there is a fan in both chambers ( blue color ) that blows cold air from second chamber into the room. How would that work ? |

You can do this, it just is a lot of work for the return you get. I'd be interested in seeing someone build one though!
