Virgin Property Owner Here
Hey everyone!
Well after eating microwave noodles and living with my parents for almost a year straight (not to mention getting rid of my car back in June), I finally raised enough for the down-payment to buy a home in my city and signed my life away just a few days ago. I move into my first home (a row-house condo near the university) on March 7th and discover what home-ownership is all about. Anyways, as with my previous cars, I plan to make my home energy efficient and save money. Hope to learn lots from everyone else here - Landon Last edited by Peakster; 02-26-09 at 01:40 PM.. |

Welcome Landon. Hey, you're moving in on my birthday.
Hope everything works out well. Do you get any type of yard with it being a row-house condo or is it basically a shared environment? |

Thanks for the welcome everyone.
There's unfortunately no yard. Only a common green space that the home is facing. At the same time it should keep heating costs down because I only have one exterior wall. |
