Default datalogging app for multimeters with USB/RS232

If you have a multimeter supported by the app, it can be very helpful for stuff like logging temperatures or device power consumption. (The latter requires a fancy multimeter with power measurement to do it right, but you can get close enough by only measuring current for some devices.)
