Hello from North Georgia

Hi, my name is Greg and I am currently renovating a hundred year old farmhouse.

No insulation and propane heat, when i got it 4 years ago. Installed central hvac with homemade geothermal. Slowly renovating room by room, dense packing cellulose as i go.

My interests include solar water and grid tie.

Right now, i'm procrastinating on finishing the drywall in a back room and attic conversion above. I've always hated drywall, always takes me five coats of mud and a lot of sanding to get an acceptable finish.
Next big projects are replacing poor vapor barrier in the crawlspace and lot drainage issues(more important now that my house dosen't leak as much air), then I can get on to something fun.
