Default where did my power go?

Well, I finally got my four panels up and wired. See my solar shed post for details.

But where did my power go?

When I turn on the fuse to check each panel set the TriStar shows 9.9 amps at 115 watts (pretty sunny day). I then checked the next panel set. Same reading.

Then the TriStar starts charging. 15v at 2.2+- amps. Reading 38 watts (actual number fluctuates).

Where did my power go? What have I done wrong? HELP!

Okay, figured it out. The batteries were fully charged and the charge controller was feeding them a trickle maintenance charge. How do I delete this post?
