Also the black shingles that were in direct sunlight and melting snow today look quite cold in comparison. I wish the flir gave a temp spectrum for each pic cause some look a lot worse than others but for the price it's pretty amazing. Although it obviously is capable because the flir close up app shows the temp in the middle of the screen, it just doesn't show up when you snap a pic...

There was a setting on my flir that would give you a reference temp for a particular colour so that you can gauge the other temps in the field. Maybe it is in your programming somewhere.

Took another measurement of my incoming ground loop today and it is at 1.94C after about ten minutes of runtime
