I remember when those Bubs first came out, I was all over them.
Now I am buying the LED's and can't wait for the next innovation that kicks the led's to the curb.
I suspect that will be a organic material that gets excited when energized and lights up.

If nobody wants them in a couple days they will go to the dump. I was never a fan of this kind of bulbs.

I'd try to give them away locally. Use freecycle.org or put em up on craigslist for free. Shipping pretty much would cost as much as buying them new I think. I just talked with a friend a few days ago and she said she picked some up at the local dollar store for 50 cents a piece.

I suggest giving the bulbs to a charity of your choice , they may well be used to swap out some incandescent bulbs and redeem their worthiness.. I still have half a dozen in my fixtures waiting to die, they last a long time in those fixtures you hardly use.. decades.

I always endured those under powered and dim CFL bulbs , until the last few years when I started replacing the Dim cfl's with LED's.

They currently have 100w LED fixtures that will light up a yard or barn.
