Default Concrete liner for finishing basement

I posted this here as it's not necessarily eco related.

My girlfriend and I are going to be finishing the lower level of our split foyer home this winter. We live next to a drainage easement and from what we've seen so far with some crazy intense rains we shouldn't have to worry about any water coming in, but we'd like to put a little extra effort in before we finish it just to be sure. The walls are ~4 ft of concrete and 4ft of above grade wall. We have used Drylock to seal the concrete and we were thinking that there must be some sort of plastic sheet material or something that we can put up against the concrete before we start placing walls. Does anybody have any advice for us on what we should, or should not, use for this?

Thanks,
Cory
