Default Add insulation?

My rear facing wall of my atrium had some rot issues due to poorly installed vinyl siding. So I can do it simple and just replace the rotted siding and leave well enough alone or.......

I can add insulation to the small voids where it never had insualtion.
Understand this is an unconditioned room in the middle of our house.
Use to have a hot tub.

The inside walls were sheeted then covered with cedar T&G.
I'm concerned about trapping moisture. The voids are less than 24" square.
With a glass roof will it even matter?

Thoughts?

To clarify the voids are on either side of the windows not above them.

If you just use fiberglass insulation you will not air seal it , it will still breath.
Insulate with fiberglass then put up Chip board then tyvek then the siding would be my approach.
