Default wtw radiant heat pump condenser vs evaporator size

So far I have read some conflicting info.

Should condenser be same size as evaporator, or bigger (1.5x), or much bigger (2x)?

The recommended size (by design) is a tad bigger. As a general rule (when oversizing heat exchangers as I recommend), the condenser should be the same size or bigger.
