Greetings from Southwest Michigan

Hello all,

I'm new to the EcoRenovator forums, though not so new on most other fronts. I've found myself here due to the innovative work revolving around DIY GSHP and DIY Heat Reclaimers. I'm in the process of homesteading an industrial loft in preparation of moving to a small plot of land close by in the spring. Anyway, I'm sure there will be more in the future, but at the moment I'm working on keeping my self designed and built instant hot water heater from super heating the water. My silly girlfriend doesn't like it much above 180 degrees. LOL

I was only kidding about 180 degree water. I have been manually regulating the temperature while I get the last few kinks out of my Arduino controller. And, absolutely I will be sharing. An instant hot water heater for 1/5 the price of new has had me working on it with all the time I can spare.
